A Talk at Global Game Jam 2020 at Goldsmiths College, University of London

I describe the necessity for a game industry unionisation movement and recounts the birth of Game Workers Unite - an international grassroots push to improve the work conditions for game creators. The talk outlines a number of workplace issues game workers are having to deal with and the strategies that GWU has implemented in combating them.
